Dr. Konstantina Martzoukou

Konstantina Martzoukou is Associate Professor at the Robert Gordon University and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Holding a PhD in web information seeking behaviour, her academic and research interests centre on information and digital literacy within school and Higher Education contexts. Konstantina has published widely in the area of digital skills (focusing on nursing education) and has received multiple student awards for teaching and learning, the RGU ‘Curious Minds’ Award for engaging the public with research and the Emerald Literati Award for ‘Outstanding Reviewer’.

Dr. Errol Luders

Dr Errol Luders, BA in Maths, MSc, MBA, MA, PhD. Errol is Online Learning Office in SNMPP for 12 years. He has a  Senior Teaching Fellowship in HEA (2023, RGU) and a PhD degree in E-research & Technology Enhanced Learning (2019, Lancaster University). His PhD focus was around multimodality of online assessment feedback in teaching-learning experiences relating to digitalised summative assessment activities and overall student satisfaction. As the lead contact for the ongoing digital literacy project within the School of Health at Robert Gordon University, he has co-authored publications on this topic with the research team.

Emma Hay-Higgins

Emma Hay-Higgins ( https://orcid.org/0009-0008-1707-4440 ) is a Lecturer at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. She has a background in Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and holds a Masters in Nursing in Clinical Research from the University of Edinburgh. She teaches across MSc Healthcare Leadership and MSc Advanced Practice Pathways and is dedicated to supporting enquiry to  understand the essential digital capabilities required for contemporary, person-centred practice.

Emma’s academic and professional interests centre on digital health, digital transformation and public health nursing.

Professor Andreia Silva da Costa

Andreia Silva da Costa is a Professor at the School of Nursing, University of Lisbon (ESEUL), Portugal. Holding a PhD in Nursing and an MSc in Public Health, she serves as the Coordinator of ESEL’s Research Unit, CIDNUR. Her research within CIDNUR and ISAMB focuses on public health, health literacy, and social prescribing. Beyond her academic roles, Andreia is a WHO consultant and health policy expert, frequently coordinating international projects dedicated to the optimisation of health systems and health promotion.

Professor Tiago Nascimento, PhD

Tiago Nascimento is a Professor at the School of Nursing, University of Lisbon (ESEUL), Portugal. Holding a PhD in Management, his academic and research interests centre on community health nursing, public health education, and the development of evidence-based practices aimed at promoting health equity and social inclusion. Tiago is actively involved in interdisciplinary projects that bridge clinical practice with community engagement. Furthermore, he advances the field by implementing innovative teaching methodologies and developing the nursing curriculum.

Professor Petros Kostagiolas

Dr Petros Kostagiolas (ORCID: 0000-0001-8974-1128) is a Professor at the School of Information Science and Informatics, Ionian University, Greece. He holds a PhD in Quality and Reliability Management from the University of Birmingham, U.K. He is the Director of the Postgraduate Programme “Healthcare Management” at the Hellenic Open University, Greece; co-editor of the Journal of Web Librarianship (Taylor & Francis); and Director of the Research Laboratory “Information Technologies” at the Ionian University. Dr. George Kritsotakis

Associate Professor in Health Care Management, Public Health, and Social Epidemiology at the Department of Business Administration and Tourism, Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU. Faculty member in the MSc in Health Services Administration at the Hellenic Open University, providing lectures as a visiting professor at multiple universities in Greece and abroad (Europe and Africa). Dr Kritsotakis holds an MA in Health Education and Health Promotion from the UCL Institute of Education, University of London, and a PhD from the Department of Social Medicine, Medical School, University of Crete. Dr Kritsotakis has published around 49 papers in international and national peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Social Science & Medicine, European Journal of Public Health, International Journal of Nursing Studies), most recently focusing on the intersection of epidemiology and health services research
